"Horrible communication. I had one person give me a set price . When my bill appeared it was $60 more! No one should get surprised with a new amount the day of billing date. When I called complaining I pretty much got an "oh well". State farm as a whole is expensive! I saved $280 by switching to another car insurance. Same exact coverage PLUS rental which I did not have with State Farm. I will not recommend these people at all! My insurance went up to $120 . $594 for car insurance is insane !! PLEASE shop around!!"

My team and I offered multiple options to increase coverages and add discounts that you refused several times. We canceled your policy like you requested just yesterday, unfortunately Kias have taken huge rate increases do to the theft and increased claims. I even told you via email we were sad to see you go but totally understood and offered to help you anytime in which you responded "thank you, I will." Amber was very compassionate with you on the phone when you asked about receiving a bill and she explained to you that when we process cancelations it can take up to 30 days for corporate to finalize the change. Please don't spread false reviews as we did everything we could to help you even though we do not set the rates, as you had a 6 month policy that renewed with an increase. Best of luck, Amie "

"Amazing company is not even the words to describe how they came to my aid! I have been telling everyone about my experience with them. Amie was amazing. She was quick to jump in and help, helped while it was her day off and got me where I needed to be. Anytime I called, she answered or called back within a short period of time. I was confident in using their services the minute I spoke with her. I highly recommend her office!"

"State Farm was absolutely amazing!!!! especially my agent Jessica Brown!!!! On The first of the year the company I’ve been with for over five years jacked all my policies up so that I would’ve been paying over $650 a month for hone and auto insurance!!!! I did a bunch of research and State Farm had the best prices. They ended up cutting my policies in half. So now I’m paying just over 350 for both Home and Auto. Jessica has been absolutely amazing, she is extremely knowledgeable and understanding she has gone above and beyond for me, especially with the homeowners insurance she was a great advocate between me and the Homeowner company Anytime I call with a question or concern or something I Don’t understand she Always polite nice and willing to help in. Anyway, she can. I look forward to many years with State Farm and Jessica.💯💯💯"
